As a founding member of Golf Warehouse, I’ve helped grow the business from a single retail store into New Zealand’s largest and most trusted golf destination — spanning a nationwide network of stores, performance centres, entertainment venues, and a leading online platform.

Back in 2003 I launched one of New Zealand’s first — and now longest-running — online golf retail stores, marking the start of our digital journey. Since then, I’ve focused on removing manual processes and building scalable, tech-driven systems across finance, operations, HR, and customer service — all aimed at empowering our team and delivering a seamless customer experience.

In my role as Chief Financial Officer, I lead the company’s financial strategy and operations — overseeing planning, reporting, commercial agreements, leasing, and long-term investment. My work ensures we continue to grow sustainably while staying true to what matters: supporting our people and customers.

I’ve played a key role in expanding the range of global brands that we distribute and make available to Kiwi golfers, while also founding and leading the development of our own in-house brand, GWX — designed to offer high-quality, accessible gear for golfers at every level.

Alongside product growth, I’ve helped rebrand and modernise the business, grow our social and digital presence, and transform our driving ranges, minigolf and courses from traditional practice venues into fun, inclusive golf entertainment experiences.

While you may not see me on the shop floor every day, I’m deeply involved in every part of our journey — working to ensure Golf Warehouse reflects our values of customer focus, integrity, and a deep love for the game.
