We know that you will be eagerly anticipating the delivery of your new purchase, and to speed things up we have compiled a couple of handy shipping FAQ's for you below.

How much does shipping cost?

You will be charged a standard flat-rate fee of $7.50, unless your order includes large or extra-large items, these are charged at their shipping rates listed below.

Shipping categories

  1. Standard: Items that are not bulky or heavy. This includes golf balls, accessories, gloves, clothing, and headwear.

  2. Large: Large items that are not too heavy like golf bags and push trundlers.

  3. Extra-Large: Bulky and/or heavy items like electric trundlers, package sets (that include bags).

Note: Shipping companies calculate their rates based on the heavier of "Actual weight" and "Volumetric weight".

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

Temporary courier delays: Continued COVID19 restrictions and higher parcel volumes through November and December are impacting delivery timeframes across our delivery partner networks, please factor in potential additional time for delivery.

We aim to have your orders out for shipment with our courier drivers within 1 working day from placing your order, physical delivery to you can take an additional 1-3 working days (Monday–Friday) subject to courier carrier volumes.

On occasion certain items may be temporarily out of stock or have sold out. If this happens, you will receive an email to advise of the expected delay time, and/or discuss other options for you.

Can I pick my order up from my local store?

At this stage we do not have the ability to process click and collect orders placed online. However we are working to get this fixed in the coming months, in the meantime you can order over the phone and collect* from your nearest store.

*Proof of ID, and payment method used are required on pickup.

Can I purchase from overseas and have you ship to a New Zealand location?

Yes, we frequently handle and ship gifts purchased from friends and family overseas that are shipped to a New Zealand address.

Can I purchase from overseas and have you ship my order to an address outside of New Zealand

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any orders outside of NZ.

Why can't I use a PO Box as my delivery address?

We are committed to making sure that each delivery reaches the right person in a timely fashion. We need to deliver to a home or work address where someone can sign for the delivery. Therefore P.O. Boxes are unfortunately not an option, for your security (and ours) we are also unable to leave items at an address if they are unsigned for.
