Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Golf Warehouse NZ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. All sales are made directly with Golf Warehouse Limited.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any transactions between you and Golf Warehouse Limited and release Shopify from any related claims.
