Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. A standard shipping fee of $12.00 applies to most orders. Larger or bulkier items are charged at the rates outlined below.

Shipping Categories

Standard
Non-bulky, lightweight items such as golf balls, accessories, gloves, clothing, and headwear.

Large
Larger items that are not excessively heavy, including golf bags and push trundlers.

Extra-Large
Bulky and/or heavy items such as electric trundlers and package sets that include golf bags.

Note: Courier companies calculate freight charges using the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day of purchase. Once collected by our courier partners, delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 working days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Temporary Courier Delays

From time to time, external factors such as increased parcel volumes, peak trading periods, or courier network constraints may impact delivery timeframes. During these times, please allow additional time for delivery.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or sells out after your order is placed, we’ll contact you promptly to advise of the expected delay and discuss available options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery progress with the courier.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels, depending on stock availability, item size, or warehouse location. Where applicable, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Rural & Remote Deliveries

Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take longer than standard delivery timeframes. In some cases, additional courier charges may apply.

If this affects your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Click & Collect

Online click and collect is not currently available. However, you can place an order over the phone and arrange collection from your nearest Golf Warehouse store.

Proof of ID and the payment method used for the purchase are required at pickup.

Overseas Purchases Delivered Within New Zealand

Yes, we regularly ship orders purchased from overseas customers to New Zealand delivery addresses, making it easy to send gifts to friends and family.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship orders outside of New Zealand.

PO Boxes & Unattended Deliveries

PO Boxes

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.

Signature Required

For your security (and ours), all deliveries require a signature. We’re unable to leave orders unattended or without confirmation of receipt.

Delivery Issues or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with our courier partners to investigate and help resolve the issue.
