If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, Golf Warehouse offers a 365-day right of return, designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.
Refunds & Change-of-Mind Returns
Refunds are provided where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. For change-of-mind returns, our 365-day policy offers exchange, store credit, or repair (where applicable).
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for return under our 365-day policy:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging
- Returns must be made within 365 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
Custom & Special Orders
Due to the nature of custom-built, personalised, or special-order products made specifically at the customer’s request, these items cannot be refunded or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
This does not affect your rights where a custom or special-order item is faulty or otherwise fails to meet obligations under New Zealand consumer law.
Gift Cards
Due to their cash-like nature, gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law where a gift card is faulty or unusable.
How to Return an Item
Please package the item securely and return it via an insured courier at your own cost, including:
- Proof of purchase (required for all returns)
- A note outlining your return request

Our returns policy is built on, and exceeds your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
“If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Fair Trading Act 1986
This Act protects consumers from being misled in relation to pricing, product claims, availability, or country of origin. Compliance is overseen by the Commerce Commission.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or any other applicable law.
Return Options Explained
Exchange
You may exchange your item for a different size, colour, or another product of equal value, provided the item is unused, in resalable condition, and returned with all original packaging and labels intact, and proof of purchase is provided.
Store Credit
Store credits can be used online or in-store and never expire.
Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
Repairs
- In warranty: repaired at our cost
- Out of warranty: repair services may be available, with costs quoted and approved by you before proceeding

- Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the return
