Shipping Costs
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. A standard shipping fee of $12.00 applies to most orders. Larger or bulkier items are charged at the rates outlined below.

Standard
Non-bulky, lightweight items such as golf balls, accessories, gloves, clothing, and headwear.
Large
Larger items that are not excessively heavy, including golf bags and push trundlers.
Extra-Large
Bulky and/or heavy items such as electric trundlers and package sets that include golf bags.
Note: Courier companies calculate freight charges using the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day of purchase. Once collected by our courier partners, delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 working days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Temporary Courier Delays
From time to time, external factors such as increased parcel volumes, peak trading periods, or courier network constraints may impact delivery timeframes. During these times, please allow additional time for delivery.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or sells out after your order is placed, we’ll contact you promptly to advise of the expected delay and discuss available options.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery progress with the courier.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels, depending on stock availability, item size, or warehouse location. Where applicable, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take longer than standard delivery timeframes. In some cases, additional courier charges may apply.

Click & Collect
Online click and collect is not currently available. However, you can place an order over the phone and arrange collection from your nearest Golf Warehouse store.
Proof of ID and the payment method used for the purchase are required at pickup.
Overseas Purchases Delivered Within New Zealand
Yes, we regularly ship orders purchased from overseas customers to New Zealand delivery addresses, making it easy to send gifts to friends and family.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship orders outside of New Zealand.
PO Boxes & Unattended Deliveries

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.

What does ultimate forgiveness look like? Turns out, this: HiBore XL, Cleveland Golf's most forgiving Driver. It's got a mold breaking shape for score-card-slashing forgiveness. It's all because we told A.I. to make the face bigger and keep weighting low and deep. What we got was this unique, triangular, confidence-inspiring chassis.
KEY INNOVATIONS:
A.I. SHAPING AND FACE
HiBore XL features an innovative A.I. design–assisted chassis purpose built for enhanced forgiveness and sound at impact. And one of the largest ball striking areas in the industry helps amateur golfers hit for distance while keeping more tee shots in play.
MAINFRAME XL
This variable thickness face pattern maximizes flex at impact to enlarge and reshape the sweet spot. This setup improves energy transfer across the face by repositioning weight low and deep in the clubhead for added forgiveness, consistency, and ball speed, even on strikes that miss the centre.
ACTIWING
The unique airfoil design stabilizes the clubhead by harnessing aerodynamic forces to better stabilize the clubhead during your downswing and guiding the clubface into optimal strike position, making it easier for you to hit the sweet spot and improve ball speed.
NEW ADJUSTABILITY OPTIONS
HiBore XL includes a 12g adjustable weight located on the rear of the club giving you the flexibility to change the club’s swing weight to your personal preference (additional weights sold separately). Additionally, the HiBore XL is built with Cleveland’s new 1.5 degree adjustable hosel sleeve giving you even more options for fine-tuning your Driver’s loft, face, and lie angles.
