Shipping Costs
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. A standard shipping fee of $12.00 applies to most orders. Larger or bulkier items are charged at the rates outlined below.

Large
Larger items that are not excessively heavy, including golf bags and push trundlers.
Extra-Large
Bulky and/or heavy items such as electric trundlers and package sets that include golf bags.
Note: Courier companies calculate freight charges using the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day of purchase. Once collected by our courier partners, delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 working days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Temporary Courier Delays
From time to time, external factors such as increased parcel volumes, peak trading periods, or courier network constraints may impact delivery timeframes. During these times, please allow additional time for delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Online click and collect is not currently available. However, you can place an order over the phone and arrange collection from your nearest Golf Warehouse store.
Proof of ID and the payment method used for the purchase are required at pickup.
Overseas Purchases Delivered Within New Zealand
Yes, we regularly ship orders purchased from overseas customers to New Zealand delivery addresses, making it easy to send gifts to friends and family.

At this time, we do not ship orders outside of New Zealand.

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.

The Great Big Bertha fairway woods provide exceptional ball speed and forgiveness from a uniquely designed titanium face and body. Typically reserved for drivers, titanium provides significant weight and strength advantages over a traditional steel fairway wood, leading to increased distance. The industry-leading, A.I. designed titanium face cup and Jailbreak with Batwing Technology work together to enhance speed across the face. In addition, the Triaxial Carbon Crown and Forged Carbon Sole reposition weight to areas where it is most effectively used for increased forgiveness and launch.
The Great Big Bertha hybrid is built from driver DNA, creating exceptional ball speed and forgiveness on a wide variety of shots. A titanium face and body save weight and increase MOI, while the A.I.-designed titanium face cup and Jailbreak with Batwing Technology enhance speed across the face. The refined fairway wood-like shape provides confidence at address and the sole has been designed with more camber to improve turf interaction, especially from difficult lies.
