Shipping Costs
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. A standard shipping fee of $12.00 applies to most orders. Larger or bulkier items are charged at the rates outlined below.

Standard
Non-bulky, lightweight items such as golf balls, accessories, gloves, clothing, and headwear.
Large
Larger items that are not excessively heavy, including golf bags and push trundlers.
Extra-Large
Bulky and/or heavy items such as electric trundlers and package sets that include golf bags.
Note: Courier companies calculate freight charges using the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day of purchase. Once collected by our courier partners, delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 working days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Temporary Courier Delays
From time to time, external factors such as increased parcel volumes, peak trading periods, or courier network constraints may impact delivery timeframes. During these times, please allow additional time for delivery.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or sells out after your order is placed, we’ll contact you promptly to advise of the expected delay and discuss available options.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery progress with the courier.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels, depending on stock availability, item size, or warehouse location. Where applicable, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take longer than standard delivery timeframes. In some cases, additional courier charges may apply.

Click & Collect
Online click and collect is not currently available. However, you can place an order over the phone and arrange collection from your nearest Golf Warehouse store.
Proof of ID and the payment method used for the purchase are required at pickup.
Overseas Purchases Delivered Within New Zealand
Yes, we regularly ship orders purchased from overseas customers to New Zealand delivery addresses, making it easy to send gifts to friends and family.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship orders outside of New Zealand.
PO Boxes & Unattended Deliveries
PO Boxes
We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.
Signature Required
For your security (and ours), all deliveries require a signature. We’re unable to leave orders unattended or without confirmation of receipt.

A full powered, simple ‘no nonsense’ electric trundler
The eDart has a thumb speed controller on the handle which incorporates a ‘soft start’ function to prevent any sudden surge of power to the wheels when setting off.
eDart also incorporates a ‘Cruise Control’ feature which allows the cart to power forward unaided at any selected speed. This feature allows the player to walk alongside the cart with both hands free, especially useful for long fairway walks whilst providing a more relaxing experience.
eDart variable speed range is 0km/hr to 7km/hr providing help for the slowest and fastest of walkers.
eDart is able to climb steep gradients with ease, this manoeuvrable cart provides maximum help to any golfer with minimal distraction.
eDart has a proven power and drive train along with a high quality speed and battery controller to ensure many years of use on all terrains.
The standard 12.8v lithium battery is able to cover 18+ holes with power to spare, however in the unlikely event you should loose power for any reason the cart is able to function as a free running push cart by moving the rear wheels to a second (get me home) position on the axle.
