Shipping Costs
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across New Zealand. A standard shipping fee of $12.00 applies to most orders. Larger or bulkier items are charged at the rates outlined below.
Shipping Categories
Standard
Non-bulky, lightweight items such as golf balls, accessories, gloves, clothing, and headwear.
Large
Larger items that are not excessively heavy, including golf bags and push trundlers.
Extra-Large
Bulky and/or heavy items such as electric trundlers and package sets that include golf bags.
Note: Courier companies calculate freight charges using the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight.

Order Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day of purchase. Once collected by our courier partners, delivery typically takes an additional 1–3 working days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Temporary Courier Delays
From time to time, external factors such as increased parcel volumes, peak trading periods, or courier network constraints may impact delivery timeframes. During these times, please allow additional time for delivery.
If an item is temporarily out of stock or sells out after your order is placed, we’ll contact you promptly to advise of the expected delay and discuss available options.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your delivery progress with the courier.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels, depending on stock availability, item size, or warehouse location. Where applicable, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Rural & Remote Deliveries
Delivery to rural or remote addresses may take longer than standard delivery timeframes. In some cases, additional courier charges may apply.

Click & Collect
Online click and collect is not currently available. However, you can place an order over the phone and arrange collection from your nearest Golf Warehouse store.
Proof of ID and the payment method used for the purchase are required at pickup.
Overseas Purchases Delivered Within New Zealand
Yes, we regularly ship orders purchased from overseas customers to New Zealand delivery addresses, making it easy to send gifts to friends and family.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship orders outside of New Zealand.
PO Boxes & Unattended Deliveries
PO Boxes
We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.
Signature Required
For your security (and ours), all deliveries require a signature. We’re unable to leave orders unattended or without confirmation of receipt.

With BiFlex Face, the upper corners of the toe and heel sides have their own, unique edge shaping, each designed to effectively increase ball speed on strikes from anywhere on the club face by expanding its High COR area.
Rebound Frame
On the Woods, four alternating layers of flexible and rigid zones enhance overall COR, like a spring within a spring. Meanwhile, the synergistic effect with BiFlex Face creates maximum flex in a larger area for even more ball speed on every shot. On the Irons, in addition to the L-Shaped Groove at the bottom of the Iron body, new grooves in the outer perimeter of the clubhead improve face COR for added ball speed and distance.
Weight Plus Technology
Our proprietary design positions mass in the butt-end of the shaft, under your grip and behind your hands. This counterweight provides an easier takeaway, helps you find the ideal spot at
the top of your swing, and makes it easier to release into the downswing for more consistent contact.
Flat Cup Face
To improve COR across the entire face, our Flat Cup Face has a larger, thinner centre portion. This design allows for increased ball speed and distance no matter where you strike the ball.
Cannon Sole
The Centre of Gravity is positioned low for optimal launch and distance. Cannon Sole’s unique shape allows us to place mass where needed without impeding upon club face flexibility.
Step Crown
A stepped crown shape contributes to Rebound Frame’s effectiveness by promoting face flex while also lowering the club head’s mass and Centre of Gravity for a higher launch and longer carry.
ActivWing
