Fully forged construction, full-face grooves and five grind options combine to give golfers confidence around the green
AVAILABLE IN-STORE AND ONLINE FROM 3 SEPTEMBER 2026
AUSTRALIA – TaylorMade Golf has unveiled its new Hi-Toe 5 wedges, a fully forged family designed to deliver premium feel, reliable spin and shot-making versatility from every lie and in changing conditions.
Built from soft carbon steel and shaped with precision geometry, Hi-Toe 5 is engineered to provide world-class feel and feedback. Its larger overall profile, expanded toe area and full-face grooves give golfers added confidence when opening the face, playing from difficult lies or creating shots around the green.
Aggressive saw-milled grooves are produced to ultra-tight tolerances, with steeper walls and razor-sharp radii designed to maximise spin. A RAW face and TaylorMade’s Spin Tread Technology add laser-etched channels that redirect moisture away from the face and create additional friction at impact, helping retain spin in wet and variable conditions.
The Hi-Toe 5 design also features TaylorMade’s highest centre of gravity in a wedge, promoting a lower, more penetrating flight with high spin for enhanced control.
Five grinds for all-terrain versatility
Hi-Toe 5 is available in five different grind options to suit a broad range of swing types, shot preferences and turf conditions. Across the family, the grind selection is designed to balance versatility, forgiveness and dependable all-round performance.
Premium shaft and finish options
The stock steel offering is the KBS Hi-Rev 2.0 115g, featuring an active tip section for exceptional feel and finished in Black PVD. Golfers can also select the UST Recoil DART 80g graphite shaft, which uses Dual Action Recoil Technology to support efficient energy transfer, consistent distance and precise ball flight.
Hi-Toe 5 is offered in an Aged Copper finish, with selected custom configurations also available in Satin Chrome. Stock builds are paired with a SuperStroke Crossline 2.0 Black/Copper 52g grip.
