As a Director at Golf Warehouse, I focus on the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly — from sourcing and ordering the best golf gear from around the world to supporting our team across all locations through strong HR systems and culture.
With a deep understanding of the golf industry and decades of retail experience, I manage the end-to-end product pipeline — ensuring we’re always well stocked with the right gear, at the right time, and at the right price. Whether it’s securing the latest releases from global brands or streamlining logistics behind the scenes, I work to make sure our shelves reflect the quality and variety our customers expect.
I also oversee our HR function, helping build a supportive, high-performing team across the country. From recruitment and onboarding to staff development and wellbeing, I’m committed to creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and proud to be part of Golf Warehouse.
Behind the scenes, I work closely with the wider leadership team to ensure our operations remain efficient and scalable as we continue to grow. My role is all about balance — managing the detail while staying focused on delivering a great experience for both our customers and our staff.
